Refund policy

Cancellations
If your recent purchase needs to be cancelled, you must email us at info@strictlytransfers.com with your order number within 12 hours of placing the order. We will refund the order via Gift Card to our store.  If your purchase has already been printed, it is ineligible for a refund.

Refunds/Exchanges
We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged.  We must be contacted with 24 hours of delivery if items are delivered defective.
