Cancellations
If your recent purchase needs to be cancelled, you must email us at info@strictlytransfers.com with your order number within 12 hours of placing the order. We will refund the order amount minus Route Insurance fees to the original payment method used. If you need to cancel after 12 hours after the original purchase, we will refund the order amount minus a 20% restocking fee as long as your order has not already been printed. We will respond to all email inquiries within 24-48 hours.

Refunds/Exchanges
We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged.  We must be contacted with 24 hours of delivery if items are delivered defective.
