Transfers should always be applied
with a commercial grade heat press.
At the beginning of each pressing
“session” - prep your bottom platen by
pressing with no shirt for 60 seconds.
By doing this you are making sure the bottom platen doesn’t absorb heat
from the top platen, if it is too cold.
Our transfers can be applied from
anywhere between 265 degrees to 300 degrees. Lower temps for polyester, higher
temps for cotton. We find that our
“sweet spot” for hot peel is:
Press at 275 degrees for 7 seconds –
heavy pressure.
Instantly Hot Peel – confidently and
fast.
OR Cold Peel if unsure.
Cover with butcher paper/parchment
paper and repress for 7 seconds.
